Where Can I Find ProBlogging Jobs?
Visited 300 Times Published by Rico August 25th, 2006 in Blogging.
Ok, as a blogger I’ve been really lucky…so far. This blog started last May (that’s my first post ever… so be nice!), and I was able to land a problogging job soon after. And if things go well, I might be writing for another blog network as well. So for those of you who want to get paid simply to write about a passion, while gaining an online presence, here are three sites that may help you:
- Performancing Exchange - Recommended by le Copyblogger, the main website also features a Firefox blogging plug-in, and advice for blogging in general.
- Problogger Job Board - Darren Rowse writes about making money off blogs. So it’s fitting that he’s recently started a blogger job board.
- Blogger Jobs - Brought to my attention by Gloria, this blog is part of Jeremy Wright’s BlogMedia network.
Did I also mention Creative Weblogging is still looking for bloggers?
Update: Darren Rowse has some good tips on getting a job over at Problogger.

I’m a business and technical writer in Toronto Ontario. I am a consultant and blogging sounds like a very interesting niche. They say to blog effectively is that you should write in an informative/conversational tone. I love sharing information and having conversations so I believe that I can add value to a company that is looking for bloggers. I hope to set up my own blog very soon, but in the meantime, I keep researching to find new ideas. Thank you for writing this article. It gave me good insight.
You’re welcome Giselle.
If you’re still entirely new to blogging, maybe you should give wordpress.com a try. It’s a great testing ground.
Sure. I’ll check it out. Thank you.
