How Can We Build or Break a Habit?

The New Year’s resolutions we make always involve a change of behavior. Stop doing this, and start doing that. In other words, they involve our habits.

A friend once told me that it takes 21 days to make a good habit, or break a bad one. Google shows that a lot of people think that’s true too.

So, if you’ve made any resolutions, keeping them until January 21 is already a big step. Good luck with your resolutions, and a Happy New Year to you all! :D
