Who Should Watch Resident Evil 3: Extinction?

I’ll skip the usual movie review. As Juned once said: There’s no point in being critical for a movie like Die Hard.
Still, if you’re wondering why you should pay the price of admission for Resident Evil 3: Extinction, here are a few reasons:
- You love the video game franchise.
- You like explosions and gore (sorry, no sex here)
- You like strong female leads.
- You find zombies appealing, even if they’re grotesque cliches that would eat your brain and flesh if they had the chance
- You like seeing Mila Jovovich’s nipples and her naked clones suspended in liquid. Perv.
On the other hand, you may want to wait for the movie to come out on HBO or on video, because:
- The story is confusing and told too quickly.
- The acting won’t win anyone Oscars.
- There’s no resolution whatsoever.
To summarize, Resident Evil: Extinction is a serviceable action flick. It gets 3 fools out of five.

I, for one, don’t think it gives justice to the games. And the movies are so weak, it doesn’t hold a candle to the video gam-

Also, am I reading the tagline on the poster right? “One Women is the final hope”?
Judging from your description, I don’t think the movie merits a three. More like a one. Quite a drop for Mila Jovovich from Joan of Arc.
Ade: Now I didn’t see that! It could be because Mila has lotsa clones in this movie. Or, someone dropped the ball when it came to proofreading.
Tina: I think #5 in my “who should watch this list” may have turned you against the movie.
And most importantly, because…
one WOMEN is the final hope!
The grammar faux pas may be intentional as the ending would give it sense. But can you believe how smooth Milla’s face is? My wife jokingly said it must be Olay Total Effects. And yes, it totally had no resolution that my wife wanted more (of the story, that is).
