Why is it Now Easier to Rate T.G.I. Friday’s Customer Service?

Visit www.fridaysvisit.ph within 48 hours, tell us about your visit and get FREE Two-piece Jack Daniel’s Porkchops valued at Php 575.00 next time you visit.
So I did visit fridaysvisit.ph and came upon a no-frills interface prompting me for the store number, the date of my visit, and the OR number, which was all on the feedback stub.
Once I entered the data, I was asked to rate typical markers like staff friendliness, cleanliness, food quality, ambiance, etc. The online survey took only a few minutes, and I was given the validation code needed to claim the freebie.
By moving their customer service survey online, Friday’s made it easier for everyone involved. The platform facilitates processing feedback, while allowing customers to answer the survey at their own leisure, at least within 48 hours after their visit.
I’m just wondering if the incentive (the free porkchops) distorts results. Personally, I only gave feedback because of the promise of free food at the end. But I took the time to read the questions and give honest answers. Even if the survey isn’t so time consuming, I imagine some people would rush through the survey just to get the validation code. What do you think?

The service is fast and the food is superb!
the food was delicious. The personnel were very prompt in servicing us.
I always experience those whenever I go to Friday’s. I guess the only reason why I don’t go there more often is because of the price.
Great & quick accomodation. Andrew (1171) took the trouble to explain in detail. This guy really knows his food. We were not rushed into deciding what to order. The recommended pasta was mouth watering. Been a friday fan since my US days. Love the fajitas. Best in town. Keep up the fantastic spirit.
I recently took my boyfirent to Fidays in Bensalem for his birthday. The servicer was great 21 RAIMO, check 6024 table 703/1. It was a busy Saturday night. We were both disappointed that you do not have baked potatoes on the menu. The food was good. However it was not very hot. The table next to us sent there food back because it was cold. I have been to this Fridays many times myself. But, it was may boyfiends first time at this one. He was a little disappointed.

Hello,
My son and I went to dinner at Fridays in T.
Morato, our table number was 105 and this was around 9:10 pm.We were seated right away and the waiter was courteous and very efficient in taking our orders. We did not wait very long for the food to arrived. When we got our food it was warm and looks very appitizing and it was good up to the last bite, and the cake just melt in your mouth, really yummy.
Hopefully this weekend my son will tale me there again.. he asked me if I enjoyed our dinner…. I certainly did.

we ate at fridays the forth,at around 9:30pm,still all your crews are very very courteous, its really great your crews are very accomodating….dealing with diffirent kinds of costomer……they know how to handle it…..especially wen they performed the way they sing anf dance for the birthday celebrants…… we love the food sooooooo muchhh !!!!!!!!

We had fun yesterday at TGIF,boni hi street!
The food is great. I particulary love the soup
and the pasta that we ordered!!
The crews are friendly and efficient.
They even performed a dance and song number for my friend
and gave her a scoop of ice cream w/ candle!
I would like to thank my friends for hanging out with me ystrday! and to you, Fridays’, keep it up!!!

just had a very satisfying lunch with my daughter today at tgif robinson’s galleria. wow, the food is great/fantastic. we had our money worth. The ambiance is cool & the crew just as friendly, courteous & ALERT. We would love to go back with the whole family this time.
